1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. This includes the time needed for printing, quality checks, and packaging your custom product. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Regions:
We proudly ship our products to all countries within the European Union (EU).
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
* Standard Shipping (within EU):
* Estimated delivery time: 7-20 business days from the date of shipment.
* Cost: Calculated at checkout.
* Express Shipping (within EU):
* Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days from the date of shipment.
* Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Please Note:
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier issues, customs delays, public holidays).
* For print-on-demand items, production time is in addition to shipping time.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For shipments within the European Union, customs duties are generally not applicable. All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. Any other local taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
6. Damages:
esmarketstop.myshopify.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
